Evaluation of pH and total soluble solid (ºbrix) on the cariogenic and erosive potential of milk powder infantile formula

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence pH and amount Total Soluble Solids on ºBrix scale cariogenic erosive potential powdered infant formula. This a laboratory with 5 brands formula for children aged 6 36 months. Brands intact packaging, stored in cool places within expiry date consumption were included. Obtaining Brixº was performed by refractometer pHmeter cycle three repetitions.
